WHAT IS LEGAL?

There is no law in any country which prevents patients from seeking organ transplantation service away from their homeland. 

In countries such as Canada, USA, & UK, upon the patients’ return Medical Insurance Providers are bound by law to provide them with follow-up medical treatment.

What may not be considered legal in North America or UK, may be legal or regulated in some other countries.
